Booking terms
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in with their ID or passport.
Guests should inform Porolithos accommodation in advance of their expected arrival time.
They may use the ‘special requests’ field when booking or contact us directly for any clarification or request.
Arrival day is charged even when the guest arrives very late (or after 24:00) .
Arrival after 23:00 is charged with an extra fee of Euro 40 payable in cash upon arrival.
On the day of departure the room must be empty by 11:00 am
After 11:00 am things are transferred from the room to the storage area at the front desk.
The property accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, with a reserved amount prior to arrival.

Booking a room at our accommodation is completed with a deposit of 25% of the total cost of accommodation.Upon payment, booking is confirmed by the hotel and is a binding agreement.
If the reservation will be cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If the reservation will be cancelled from 14 up to the day of your arrival, the guest will be charged the total price.
For early departures (cancellations made during the stay and prior to the predetermined date) the guest will be charged the total cost of the stay.
The non-arrival of the guest which is after the period indicated on the day of arrival is considered as non-appearance and consequently any deposit or payment made is lost and the room is now considered free and available to the booking department.
Additional services are not automatically calculated on the final amount and must be paid separately during the stay or departure. The collection of the amount will be due in any legal way.
The guest should not disturb the privacy of the other residents in the room and should behave appropriately to both our staff and other guests.
Otherwise the accommodation has the right to remove the guest without any obligation to compensate him/her.
Should the reservation be cancelled by our accommodation due to exceptional circumstances only, you will be reimbursed in full for the amount paid and if the guest so wishes, an attempt will be made so that the guest stays in a similar accommodation.
The accommodation bears no responsibility and does not pay any damages in cases of force majeure that will affect its operation.
Each room has storage space for valuable items and money and the accommodation is not responsible for damages due to loss.
The objects of the rooms as well as the common areas are listed.
Any damage or theft of objects from the premises will require compensation, otherwise this will be achieved by any legal means.
Entrance to the hotel is strictly for registered guests.
Baby cots and baby feeding chairs are subject to availability at any time and are provided free of charge upon request.
Every child up to 17 years is charged with an extra charge of Euro 40 per night.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas.
